Congratulations to Miss Head, Mrs. McDonald, Mr. McElroy and Mrs. Pletcher for their victory in the Take Stock in Children Annual Corporate Spelling Bee at Lake Receptions.  They beat teams of local professionals with their spelling acumen and sweet spirit.  Mrs. McDonald had a "bead" on sudoriferous.  In Spanish, sudor means sweat. "Lachrymose" was a vocabulary word for Miss Head's class.  Mr. McElroy was helpful with Latin root words.  For their superior efforts, they were awarded a spray of flowers (which will arrive monthly for the next year), an impressive trophy (on display in the office), gift certificates, and more!  Teachers, you performed M-A-G-N-A-N-I-M-O-U-S-L-Y!
